Brian Williamson and Jaydee Amoloza met at Washington University in St. Louis on the first day of preorientation in 1996. They were married seven short years later in 2003. They renewed their vows three months later (just to make sure they’d last) in the Philippines with Jaydee’s family. In 2004 they went to Guanajuato, Mexico for half a year to learn Spanish and so that Brian could make some drawings, prints and paintings. They left St. Louis with no intention of coming back. And yet somehow they ended up back where they started.
